  2. Go to Settings → Tenant.
  3. Fill in your business name, contact details, and logo.
  4. Click Save.

Step 2: Create Your First Venue

  1. Go to Venues → Create Venue.
  2. Fill in:
    1. Name – The public-facing name guests will see.
    2. Description – A short description of the venue.
    3. Address & Location – Used for discovery.
    4. Active – Toggle to make the venue visible in the guest app.
  3. Click Save.

Step 3: Add Areas

Areas are sections within a venue (e.g., Rooftop, Main Floor, VIP Lounge).
  1. Open your venue and click Areas → Add Area.
  2. Enter the area name and capacity.
  3. Mark it as Available to allow guest reservations.
  4. Click Save.

Step 4: Add Tables (optional)

If you assign guests to specific tables:
  1. Open an area and click Tables → Add Table.
  2. Enter a table name/number and capacity.
  3. Click Save.
Step 5: Configure Time Slots
Time slots define when guests can reserve.
  1. Go to Venues → [Your Venue] → Time Slots → Add Time Slot.
  2. Set the day, start time, end time, and max party size.
  3. Click Save.
Your venue is now ready to receive reservations.
